CHAPTER 4:
* In Nick's Van*
"Holy..." Courtney said when she realized what it was.
" What is it?" Howie asked.
" A bug."
" OK I don't see whats so interesting about a bug."
" Not a bug BUG. A buuuug, you know so they can hear what they're saying."
" Whatever." Nick said.
" Oh then what do you call this..." Courtney said sticking it in his face.
" Oh well you stepped on it, so now we don't have to worry."
" Dammit! Don't you guys get it?!?"
" No..." they all said.
" OK think, they had to of bugged us sometime before we thought about leaving. They know what were thinking. They know everything we were saying and every place we were going. Dammit, they heard we were going to Andy's house and they rushed over there and killed him so we had to keep on going." Courtney said as they listened intentively.
" Holy shit. So they've been listening to us."
" Yes up untill I stepped on it."
" So they know bassically what were doing?" Kevin asked.
" Ye-" Courtney said as she suddenly got lost in this trance.
" Courtney. YO COURT!"
" Holy mother of God."
" What?"
" OK if they heard we were going to Andy's before and they killed him..... Shit. Kevin get to Denise's house as fast as you can!"
" What the hell are you saying Courtney?!?" AJ said.
" I didn't step on the damn thing untill after you said you wanted to go to your mom's. They are probally on they're way to your mom's now AJ. They'll kill her if we don't get there first!"
" NO!"
" Yes! You better pray Kevin can get us there fast enough without being pulled over." Courtney said putting the mossberg in the back as she sat down with everyone except Kevin looking at her because he was to concentrated on driving. Courtney looked at AJ who was on the verge of tears. " AJ...."
" Dammit Court, why'd they have to do this?"
" I don't know baby, I really don't." Courtney said wrapping her arms around him.
And hour had pasted and they were there. AJ was out of the van faster then anyone could speak. he grabbed his mossberg out of the pack and ran up to the door with us following. He stepped in and Courtney followed behind him with the others. It was a small house, it looked like one of those house that are immediately confortable to be in. But something about it just wasn't so confortable. " Mom! Ma!" AJ yelled.
Courtney ran down the hall to the kitchen and opened the door, AND IMMADIATELY SAW.." OMG, OMG ,OMG, OMG."
" Courtney are you in he-?" AJ said with Brian and Tina behind them.
" No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No." AJ said walking over to Denies's body.
" Oh my God." Tina whispered.
Courtney froze as she watched AJ. He was bawling. She wasn't stabbed or even bloody. They had to of choked her or injected her with something. But watching AJ there was more painful than anything."NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" AJ cried out in tears. Courtney ran up to his and hugged him from behind. " They killed....killed...mom..." AJ said. His cries seemed like they would've been loud but no sound came.
" AJ..."
" How could they?"
" I don't know AJ, I dont know." Courtney said who began crying herself. Courtney looked up at everyone else who was still in their states of shock.
" Why did they kill her. She didn't deserve it. It us they're after!" AJ screamed out in frustration.
" I don't know AJ. This shit is all fucked up."
" I got to get out of here." AJ said getting up and running out of the house.
Courtney stood up slowly and walked over next to Tina. " He's taking it hard."
" I would be to. That is his mother. He has no one else." Courtney said as they began walking to the front door and outside.
" He has his dad."
" He hates his dad."
" That's a little awequard."
" Well I certainly don't blaim him. I'd never want to talk to my dad again either if he walked out on me when I was four and then I found out after 14 years of not seeing him that he had lived only a block away all of those 14 years."(AN: I have no clue if that's true I just made it up so don't bitch to me bout it!) Courtney said as Tina nodded. Courtney saw AJ sitting in the van and ran inside the van. AJ wasn't crying no more. He had a look of anger, hurt, ect. on his face like he was out to kill or something. He was, now.
Courtney sat down next to him. He looked at her not changing his expression in any little way." Are
you going to be ok hun?"
" I don't know." AJ said.
Courtney just had nothing else to say. She knew he wasn't in the mood for talking, and she wasn't really either. None of them ahd really been. There wasn't much to talk about when you had just seen two dead bodies of someone you knew. It made them all think of a lot. You know? One of those 'Today could be the last day I will see earth,my friends, my boyfriend/girlfriend, thats tree,ect' type of things. But none of them knew what lied ahead of them. Not one single clue.

CHAPTER 5:
The rest of that day and the next day theydrove until they got to Texas.They decided to rent a beach house on the Gulf Coast. It was a pretty big beach house. Five bedrooms,with a kitchen, family room, laundry room, dining room, and a bathroom in each of the bedrooms. In the back was a sliding door that opened up onto a deck that had a real nice table set, which overlooked the beach.
They had all gotten seddled and were ready to call it a day. Courtney sat up in the bed flipping through channels when AJ walked out of the bathroom. "
"What are you sleeping in?"
" This......"
" What?"
" Yeah,AJ. I'n sleeping in this."
" OK..." AJ said who was in his boxers.
" Like you're worried about pajamas. You take off your shirt and pants adn then you're set." Courtney said turning off the TV.
" You could take off your shirt and jeans then be set too."
" No."
" Come on."
" Na."
" Pleeeeaaaase!"
" No-oooo AJ!"
" Court, it's not like I've never seen you in your bra and undies before." AJ said giving Courtney that sad-lost-cute as hell-in the rain puppy dog face.
" Fine, fine, fine. But it's only because you made that face!" Courtney said taking off her shirt and jeans.
" Hmmmm... I wonder what else I could get with that face."
Courtney slapped his arm as she slipped under the covers and turned off the light. " Good night AJ."
" Night baby."
Courtney seemed to be lying there for an hour not being able to sleep. She just couldn't. She didn't know why. " Courtney?"
" Huh?"
" Are you having trouble getting to sleep?"
" Yeah.."
" Me too."
" Oh." Courtney said.
AJ put his arm around her waiste. His hand was really cold, making Courtney get goose bumps. "Gosh, you've got cold hands."
" I know." AJ said pulling her closer. " Courtney...have I told you you mean more to me than anything?"
" Yeah, you tell me everyday atleast once. Why?"
" I don't know. I feel like I might not even wake up tomorrow. That I won't survive tonight or whatever. I feel like I might not make it out of this situation a live."
" AJ, don't say that. You won't die I promise." Courtney said." Promise me you won't."
" I promise." AJ said kissing her lips softly. It quickly got deep and passionate, as AJ rolled on top of Courtney.
" AJ?"
" Yeah?"
" Are you sure we should be doing this?"
" Yes. We might not have another chance." AJ said as ke kissed her again. Courtney responded back, as there tongues explored eachother's mouths...
*1 week later*
Nothing really happened that week no threats, no warning of any kind. It was like they weren't in any type of harm anymore. But they all knew deep down that they still were.
" Are you going to some with us?" Kevin asked Courtney. She looked up at him and smiled. " Are you? We're all going."
" Yeah, I don't want to be left a lone." Courtney said getting up and walking out the door.
Courtney sat next to AJ in the van as he hugged her. She just sord of blanked out. " Courtney are you OK?"
" Yea, I'm fine."
" Are you possitive?"
" Yes I'm possitive." Courtney said. 'What am I doing?!?" She thought to herself, ' I can't keep lying to him like this."
They drove downtown. It was quiet and rainy out side. It seemed like a ghost town. They turned the corner and as car started following them. " This guys needs to get off my ass!"
" You mean those guys." Tara said.
They followed them still as Howie pressed the gass. There car slid a little then they started shooting at the van as if it were a target. They shot through the back window making everyone duck. " What the fuck!" Meagan said.
" Guys get your guns aight?" Charlotte said picking her up from under the seat.
Whoever it was, shot again hitting the back causing the car to start going faster. " Slow down dude."
" I can't the brake or something."
" Shit, we have to stop."
" Well, what the hell do you expect me to do run into the damn light post?!?"
" YES!" they all yelled at Howie. He took a deep breath.
" No. On the count of threejust jump out. You guys can jump out practically at the same time." AJ said.
" Fine."
AJ grabbed Courtney by the waist and opened the sliding door as the others pilled behind him. Howie and Charlotte opened there doors." Ready? On my count...1....2....3.....JUMP!"
That whole moment seemed to go iin slow motion. They all jumped rolling away from the speeding van in all opposite directions. Courtney quickly scrambled and saw AJ waving her over between two buildings. She ran over and saw it was just her and AJ.
" Where's everyone else?!?"
" I have no clue. They must have gotten up and gone somewhere." AJ said. Just then the street lit up as the van his a building and exploded.
" So what now?"
" We get away. We have our guns, and did you see the guy driving the car?"
" No."
" It was one of Justin's band mates, Lance or whatver."
" So they know where we are."
" Yes and they're going to try to find us and kill us. I think."
" We don't have much options of places to hide."
" No this whole town is small and it's just a whole bunch of buldings and alleys."
" That's my point." Courtney said. She heard talking and laughing coming from down the street."Shh listen.."
" Who is that?"
" I dunno." Courtney said. She peeked her head around the corner and saw two guys seperating ways. One was a little tall he had reddish orange hair and the other guy had dred-locks. " It's that one Super Man loving guy and the dred-locks dude."
" Come on this way." AJ said running as Courtney followed him in the side exit into a video store.
It was closed thankfully. They walked around close in the isles untill the heard someone walk in." Shit, get down." AJ said crouching down bringing Courtney with him.
" Come out who evers in hear." A voice said.
Courtney peered through the slits in the shelfs and say a guy with blonde spike hair. He had a really deep voice and bright hazel eyes. He looked behind the desk and started walking down the isles. As he got closer to the isle AJ and Courtney were behind the walked over to the side still kneeling. " Come on I know you're in here." The guy said. " Oh, I think I might not be being appropriate enough. I think I might introduce myself. Hi my names Lance, Lance Bass. And I'm going to shoot your ass if you don't show your self by the time I count to ten."
By the time Courtney and AJ had gotten to the door, while lance was on the other side. AJ put his hand on the door handle where he think Lance wouldn't notice and whispered." OK when he gets to five I'm pushing the door open. We'll jump up and run as fast as we can OK?" AJ said.
" Ok." Courtney said. AJ kissed her softly and smiled.
" OK Here I go, 10.........9.........8...........7...........6..............5........." Lance said and with that the door flung open and AJ and Courtney ran out really fast. " Get back here you two. You won't get away!" Lance said running after them.
*Brian and Tina*
" OK we've been walking around for God knows how long. An hour. And we can't find any of the boys or girls." Tina said kicking the water in a mud puddle.
" I know. This is insane, crazy!" Brian yelled as they turned the corner to see someone facing them.
" I know, it's all insane isn't... Brian."
" What the fuck are you doing here?"
" Me? Oh I'm just hear to kill you and your pretty girl here."
" You lay one hand on her.." Brian said running up to him.
" Ah Ah Ah. Take on more step I shoot both of you."
" Screw you."
" But I don't see what good it'd do I''m going to shoot you anyways." the tall figure said.
" You aren't shooting shit!" Tina yelled firing her mossberg. She hit the man in thechest and he cried out in pain.
" You bitch."
" Sorry JC. See I can't play this game farely. So you play with me your going to get killed." Tina said as her and Brian ran.
Brian turned a corner and was a head of Tina. So Tina didn't see at all wear he ran. " Brian! Brian!"
She said still running. " BRIA-" She said running into someone.
" Tina?"
" Ahhh! Kevin!" Tina said hugging him.
" Where's Brian?"
" I dunno I just lost him. Thank God I found you and Tara atleast."
