“Jules, can you call my pilot and have him get the plane ready?” Micky could feel the panic rising in his throat as a picture of Kris was shown on the screen.
“Already did.” She answered giving his shoulder a gentle squeeze. “He said to be ready to leave in two hours.”
“Thanks.” He gave her a small smile. “I’m gonna go pack.”
“I’ll meet you at the airport.” Geary said strongly heading for the front door.
“You’re not…” Micky stopped and looked at him. “Alright, don’t forget your passport.”
“I’ve got our passports already in my purse.” Julia said as she followed Micky upstairs into his bedroom. “I just need to go home and throw some clothes in a bag.”
“You’re not going.” Micky said grabbing a suitcase out of the closet.
“Yes, I am.” She stated firmly.
He stopped and walked over to her taking her by the shoulders. “No. It could be dangerous.”
“I’m going, Dolenz.” She grabbed his chin in her hand. “Protecting my investment.”
“You’re impossible.” He sighed.
“I know.” She smiled and kissed his nose.
“Do you think she’s…?” He couldn’t finish.
She wrapped her arms around his waist in a tight hug. “She is going to be fine.”

The plane took off on time headed for Greece. Julia undid her seat belt and stood up, “Want anything to eat or drink?” She asked both Micky and Geary.
“No thanks, Jules.” Micky answered and Geary shook his head.
“Okay, I’m going to go get a soda.” She walked towards the front of the plane.
“This is some set up you’ve got here.” Geary looked around.
“Yeah, well, we wouldn’t have to be here if it wasn’t for you.” He said under his breath.
“What was that?” Geary took off his seat belt.
“I said, we wouldn’t have to be here if it wasn’t for you!” Micky stated clearly.
“I’m not the one who lied to her!” He stood up.
“I never lied to her!” Micky stormed jumping up. “The whole reason I never told her about Julia was because you put some lame idea in her head that I was out for revenge because of what happened between us before.”
“And that thought never entered your mind about getting back at her?” Geary asked. “That’s bullshit!”
“No, I never thought about it!” Micky yelled. “I’m in love with her, I would never do anything to hurt her.” They were nose to nose again. “But because of you we may never see her again!”
Julia walked back into the cabin with a Diet Coke in her hand. “Stop it!!” She screeched setting the can down and going over to them.
“I thought you’d be happy about this.” Geary looked at Julia.
“What the hell are you talking about?” She was now standing between them.
“With Kris out of the picture, you could have Micky all to yourself.” He stared at her. “It’s obvious that you’re in love with him.”
“And it’s obvious that you’re an asshole!” She poked him hard in the chest.
“I’ve had it!” Micky pushed Julia out of the way, drew back and punched Geary in the mouth knocking him half way across the cabin of the plane.
----------------------------------------
“Damn it!” Micky shook his hand. “You’ve got a hard jaw.”
“And you’ve got a good right hook.” Geary rubbed his chin and wiped the blood off his lip.
Julia just stood there staring at both of them. “If you two start laughing and patting each other on the back, I’ll have to throw myself out of this plane.”
They both looked at her and then starting laughing. Micky walked over and gave Geary a hand up. “Look, why don’t we try and get through this without killing each other.”
“Good idea.” Geary agreed. “I’m gonna go get some ice.” Still holding his jaw, he walked to the front of the plane.
“Mick, about what Geary said…” Julia started.
“You don’t have to say anything, Jules.” He walked over to her, wrapping his arms around her. “I’m always gonna love you too. You’re my best friend.”
“And I always will be.” She rested her head against his chest for a moment and then pulled away. “Come on, we better get some rest. Its gonna be a long day.”
