Message to All Companies, Stores, and Purchasers!

INFACT is a corporate watchdog group that is organizing a boycott of Kraft and Kraft-related products.  We're asking you to stop stocking Kraft products because the company that owns Kraft, Philip Morris, is also the maker of Marlboros and the largest tobacco manufacturer in the world.  They use the revenue generated by their food products to pay for their tobacco advertising, which their own internal memos have admitted were intentionally directed at young people to get them to start smoking.

Our society is set up to make the rest of us think that this is the way it has to be, that they have the right to spend their money any way they want, with no notions of responsibility to the rest of us. We're led to believe that the best the rest of us can do is be passive, and play the role of consumers and distributors of their products.  But we can choose to play an active role instead, and the best way to counteract companies like Philip Morris is to use this power we have, as consumers and distributors of their products, to send a simple but powerful "no" to them, through the direct action of a boycott of all of their products, including everything produced by Kraft.

As a shopowner who distributes Kraft food products, you can have a tremendous effect on your customers' buying habits by making them aware of this boycott and the reasons behind it. By participating in this boycott, you as a shopowner are playing an active and significant role in a community-based effort to get the people who do business with you to stop supporting the tobacco companies and their agenda of getting people addicted to their products.
