Temperament.  Ever wonder how you would describe yourself on THIS topic?  Something I have used and reused with students and adults is found at www.keirsey.com

Try it.  Go to this site.  Click on Temperament Sorter II.  Answer the questions provided.  Read all about your identified temperament and about several famous people.

Take the time then to investigate the other three that you aren't.  You will find those temperaments in your friends, family members, co-workers, supervisors.  Maybe you'll even find a little "tip" which could make relationships sail over smoother waters.
