Kami decided to become the Earth's Guardean and expelled the evil in his soul and named the new being Piccolo. Piccolo was first met at the world tornament and named himself Lord Picclo. He was old then and fought Goku in the final round of the World Martial Arts Tornament. He tried to destroy everyone but, Goku fought him and won. Lord Piccolo expelled an egg. This would soon be the new Piccolo. Goku and the new Piccolo who, was not as evil as the last one until DBZ. He and Goku allied to defeat Radditz and have fought along side every since. Kami and Piccolo fused in the Cell Saga to face have a chance against the Androids and Cell. Piccolo and Gohan have formed a friendship like no other. Piccolo is currently fighting for the side of Good.
