His father is Goku and his Mother is Chi-chi. He also has a little brother Goten who is 7. He was first introduced in the Saiyan Saga as a 4 year old cry-baby. He has sort of had a difficult life, with his father dieing during the Cell Games, and also doing nothing but training and studying. He is sort of a role-model for Goten and Trunks because they respect him alot. He transformed into a Super Saiyan in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with some coaching from his dad and was the first to asend to SSJ2 when Cell killed Android 16.
