"The Lamb Cased by a Wolf "
There
once was a wolf who was chasing a lamb. The lamb in fear ran into a temple
for safety.
"Come out," cried the wolf.
"If the priest catches you inside he may capture you and offer you as a
sacrifice on the altar.
To the wolf's remarks the lamb
replied, "That may be so but if I come out to you I'll certainly be
devoured. I think that I should stay inside and take my chances with the
priest, rather than be gobbled up.
"Advice from the greedy is best
ignored."
