Rules

The Way this site works.

Begginer's Information.

Your power level(PL) starts out at 10. Your energy starts out at 50. Your hit points(HP) start out at 500.
Power Level- As you train more your attacks become stronger.
Energy- Energy moves drain your energy. Out of battle it restores to full in 2 half-days. In battle, if you don't use an energy attack, you gain 40 back in a turn.
Hit Points- Do I really need to explain this...
You have 3 stat areas. They are speed, intelligence, and bravery. Each starts at 25 but can be increased by training. Everything can be increased by one or more ways. Speed tells what you can block, dodge, or counter, how long it takes you to reach places, etc.
Intelligence tells you what moves you can learn. You need 50 intelligence to learn an energy move, 20 for a physical move, and 80 for a special(ones you start with are free, additional levels take 10/20/30 for physical/energy/special ).
Bravery allows you to fight someone stronger than you. For each bravery point, you can fight someone with 5 more pl than you.
All of these can increase by training.
When joining the races you can pick from are Android, Human, Namek, Sayjin, and Unknown.
You start out knowing small ki blast and arm-throw for moves.
Here is all of the information on the block, dodge, counter system:

Blocking, Dodgeing, and Countering

Blocking attacks stops 1/2 of the damage. Blocking different range attacks requires different speeds: Long-range: 1/2 enemy speed or greater Medium-range: 3/4 enemy speed or greater Short-range: equal enemy speed or greater
Dodging causes the attack to miss. Dodging different attacks requires different speeds: Long-range: 3/4 enemy speed or greater. Medium-range: enemy speed or greater. Short-range: 1&1/2 enemy speed or greater
Countering not only stops the enemy's attack(if your blast is strong enough) but damages them on their own turn. Countering different attacks requires different speeds: Long-range: equal enemy speed or greater Medium-range: 1&3/4 enemy speed or greater Short-range: 2&1/2 enemy speed or greater.
Your energy remaining tells what moves you can do(moves require a certain amount of energy to perform).

Planets

Traveling to different planets takes different amounts of time.
Earth to Namek and vice versa--5 days. Namek to Arlia and vice versa--7 days. Earth to Arlia and vice versa--12 days.

Types of Combat

Before a battle, if the majority agrees, you can choose to have a certain type of battle:
Team battle: 2 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 2, etc. Characters team up to fight each other.
Handicap battle: 1 on 1. Stronger character receives a handicap.
Brute battle: 1 on 1, 2 on 1, 2 on 2, etc. Only physical attacks.
Show down: 1-5 vs. 1-5. No handicaps anyhing goes that dosen't violate an item's rule or a preset rules. both sides must agree on rules befor mach.

Training

Training works on a half day basis.(example you can train half a day and work half a day.) You can be doing one thing, and have one action waiting behind it. You can't tell me "I want to train, then learn this, then do that, then run here, then fly there, then buy that, then work for that." No. You can only tell me what you want to do right after you finish and that's it. If you are idle then you automatically train(until you request to do something else). I will put a * by your character name. If that * is there more than 1 month without hearing from you your character is removed. By Self-You gain 5 pl, 5 energy, and 50 hp for each half day of training.
Sparring-Each person gains 10 pl, 10 energy, and 100 hp for each half day of training.
Gravitron-gives you +20 pl, +40 energy, +100 hp(these are added to what you are gaining without the gravitron) for each half day of training.
Gravitron Upgrade1-gives you +30 PL, +60 energy, +150 HP for each half day of training.
Gravitron Upgrade2-gives you +50pl, +100 energy, +250 HP for each half day of training.
King Kai-You gain +25 pl , +15 energy, and 200 hp for each half day of training. While training with King Kai you may learn a move and train or just do one or the other.
Hyperbolic Time Chamber-You get a week's training here. +100 pl, +200 energy and +700 hp per day for 100 credits + how many creds you can earn by working 3 days.
Training for stats- you gain 5 stats each half day. You can place these on speed, intelligence, and bravery however you want.

Training for moves.

Training with a master gets you a level 1 move. Training with an ally who has perfected a move gets you the 1st level of that move. To increase the level of your move spend x days training where x is the number stated on the training page.

Fighting

All fighting will take place in ref created chat rooms. This way spectators can watch and the oppenents can see what the other is typing. The character's player you want to fight must be online. You must have enough bravery to challenge opponent(can't challenge anyone weaker than you). Tell a ref who you're challenging to make sure you have enough bravery. Then, challenge the character to fight. If they decline they lose 1 bravery point. You cannot challenge them again until 24 hours from then. A character can only lose 3 points a day this way. The character can still be challenged by others though. You can only fight someone once a day.To regain energy in battle you have to not use a energy attack for a turn. You regain 40 energy. You regain all of your max energy outside of battle in one day. You regain 200 HP back per day. Also, you can buy a senzu bean that restores all of your hit points and energy. To fight you must have AOL Instant Messenger. Both characters must be online. A ref must be online to run the battle. If you want to be a ref know the rules really well and then talk to me. Refs: if you ref a battle you and all participants must email it to me. To calculate damage you take two ten sided dice and roll them. The first dice stands for the ones digit and then the tens digit of the percent. Then you take the percent and muliply it by the persons pl that did it. Then you take that number and multiply it by the damage og the attack. This tells you how much HP is taken away. When a player reaches zero hp the player has lost. When you win a battle you get 50 credits, 75 energy(75 added to your max, not current), and 100 pl. If there are multiple winners each gets 50 credits, 75 energy, and 100 pl. When you lose a battle you get 50 energy(added to your max), 25 credits, and 75 pl. If your opponent is 100 more speed, and you still fight, you will get 25 more credits. If you die in battle, when you are wished back an additional 20 energy and 20 pl will be added. There has been some confusion about battles. When a ref refs a battle all participants and the ref must email it to Copter411@aol.com. Also, there has been some cases where someone fights, gets beaten down to 37 hp or so and fights again and the ref thinks that the hp is at full. Continue to do it like this, I will just fix any problems that may come along. If you think your information was messed up, it wasn't, the ref just wasn't able to include the previous information. This will be a disadvantage to the fighter who fought earlier and became stronger but it cannot be avoided. Please tell me any thoughts you have on this. When emailing me the fight please have the subject read Character #1 vs Character #2; ref:Ref's name. I assume you know to fill in the character and ref's name part with the appropiate names.
