Welcome to The Poet's Page! I have made many additions , and many wonderful poets have sent me their work. I have recently added a section called Biographies of Great Poets of the Past. So far I have Edgar Allen Poe, Robert Louis Stevenson, Willian Shakespeare, and Walt Witman. Emily Dickinson has just arrived. I will accept and post all poems that are sent to me. There are, of course, never any charges. I am dedicated not only to posting the work of fellow poets, but also offering something of a service to those who submit poems to me.
I have recently added a section based on a rather experimental poetry/prose mix. If you wish to submit a poet like this, I will accept it, but it will not go in that section. I decided that my work alone shall reside there. I do encourage you to read it, and I do welcome comments on my work. Others have also requested comments. You will find an e-mail address at the end of those poems.
My e-mail address is at the bottom of every page, including the biographies (please notify me if it is not). Please send your poems with your name, and email address if you wish, any time and on any subject. I will reply to tell you where you can find it just soon as I post it (usually less than a day). I'm also accepting suggestions on poets you feel should be in the biography section. I have already added two, Walt Whitman and Emily Dickinson, based on requests submitted to me.
I have just added two quality control features to the Poet's Page. Firtst, a poll where you can tell what you thought about the site, and a message board where you can talk about anything. So Look around, enjoy the work, maybe even learn something, and please come back again.
