"You're full of it." Alexis replied instantly, her eyes rolling heavenward.
"I am not!" Summer shrieked loudly. "Go ask mom!" She said crossing her arms.
"Fine."
Alexis stood up and walked towards her door, then looked back when she noticed Summer wasn't stopping her.
She sat down on her bed. "Whoa." She said quietly. "You are serious."
"Duh, blondie." She commented sarcastically.
"So what are we supposed to do?"
Summer was quiet before took a seat next to her sister on the bed. She shrugged her shoulders, "I have no freakin' clue." She admitted dryly.
"Well," Alexis said shrugging also. "It's obvious he doesn't want the whole world to know that's he's blind."
"Ya think?" Summer asked shaking her head.
"I don't see why we have to do anything about it." She finally said folding her arms in front of her.
"What?!" Summer stated, staring at her in shock. "We can't not tell someone about it!"
Alexis shrugged again. "Who says?"
Summer sputtered and threw her hands in the air. "He's lying!" She pointed out.
"He's protecting himself!" She argued. "Think about it. Evidently it's not something he's exactly proud of!"
Sulking, Summer slouched and crossed her arms in front of her. "But where's the fun in keeping this secret to myself?"
"The fact that no one would believe you?" Alexis offered helpfully.
"Well yeah, there's that." She admitted wryly.
"And the fact that if they can prove you wrong, you can be sued for defamation of character." She added.
"Would you just shut up already?" Summer asked curiously, though a smile played on her lips. "It's not like it's something bad." She defended.
"And lot's of people are blind." She continued on. "Stevie Wonder for instance."
Alexis sighed and leaned her head against the wall and stared up at the ceiling. "It'd be like having the whole world know that you're blonde." She explained.
"Even though there are a lot of blonde people in this world, it's something that you just don't want it happening."
Summer started laughing and stood up. "Okay, you made your point." She said shaking her head as she went for the door. "But I still say, I should get something out of this."
Alexis smiled, "Want a cookie?"
Her answer was the slamming of the door.
Zac stalked purposely across the backyard. "Tay!" He screamed loudly. "Ike!"
It took a few seconds, but his brothers were out there with him quickly.
"What, what?" Isaac asked as he and Taylor looked around the yard. Wondering what was wrong.
Tilting his head back, Zac pointed up and in the direction of the sun. "Tell me I'm going crazy." He said quietly.
Taylor and Isaac squinted as they stared up at the harsh brightness of the sun.
"Zac, what are you talking about?" Taylor asked in frustration.
He shook his head, "Is that where the sun is?" He questioned as he too stared up at the sun before turning to them and closing his eyes.
Isaac stared at him for a moment. "Yes." He answered truthfully. "Why?"
Zac shook his head slowly back and forth. "I think I see it." He whispered.
