Take your time to sit quietly.

Breathe in deeply.......breathe out...........breathe in............breathe out..........breathe in...........breathe out.

Now picture yourself sitting in a room....the room is green.....take note of the decore.
As you look around...you see a door.
Stand up and walk towards that door. Open it and step through it and out into the sunshine. Close the door behind you.

Take note of what is around you. The colours...the sounds...the smells.


Ahead of you, you see a path that winds off into a gloriously colourful garden. Follow the path.
As you walk along you see butterflies dancing amongst the flowers.
Notice the richness of the colours.
A butterfly flies ahead of you and you follow it. Watching it closely as it weaves and ducks..floating on the wisp of a breeze.
All around you is the sounds of birds singing and insects buzzing.


As you move along the path...still watching the butterfly...you hear the sound of rushing water.
The path curves around a colourful garden bed. The scent of the flowers gently surrounds you.
Ahead of you is a stream...moving gently but steadily over smooth pebbles. The water so crystal clear you can see the bottom.
Taking off your shoes...you sit down beside the stream. Letting your feet dangle in the water.
Feel how refreshing the water is against your skin.
Take the time to sit back...relax...let the pressures of the day drift away with the current.


Listen to the sounds of nature all around you.
This is your time. A time when everything is perfect.

You are feeling rested now. Ready to face another day. Another moment. Its time to go back.


Standing...you reach for your shoes. Carrying them in your hands...you turn. Again you notice the butterfly. Almost like it is there to show you the way home.
You follow it. Enjoying the tranquility and beauty that surrounds you.
The butterfly slowly weaves its way back along the path that you came along.
You reach the door...and turn to the butterfly. Smiling....you turn and open the door. Close it again behind you and move towards your chair.


Sit down....feel yourself coming back. Starting with your feet...wiggle them gently to wake them.
Move up to you legs...feeling your energy return. Now up to your waist.........and to your shoulders.
Now along your arms and to your fingers. Gently wriggle your fingers.
Now to your neck.......and your head. Being aware of every part of yourself and that you have fully returned.
