A mobile suit is a type of machine that the alliance and oz use. It is a weaker version of a gundam. Anyways, in the past, wars were fought by pushing buttons and other ways too. Then the romefellor foundation thought it was wrong so when they got their limitless funds together to make weapons they created mobile suits because people had a tendency to fear large machinery but at the same time respect it. Also, with mobile suit wars, war wouldn't just be about pressing buttons. The battles would actually symbolize human combat just in robotic ways. That's why the mobile suit was made. All mobile suits are based on the Tallgeese design because it was the first mobile suit in history. But the mobile suit is a lot weaker than the Tallgeese design because the future creators which is oz were not able to discover the Tallgeese's full potential. So that's why the mobile suits are weaker against the Gundams while the Tallgeese has a fair chance against the gundams.
