Overview:
A surprise party is thrown in honor of the Prince. While half the city attends Adonis' (Toreador Elder) yacht is vandalized by Jacob Palmer (Brujah Primogen) and Aidan Sweeney (Keeper of Elysium) for unknown reasons. Timothy Tran of the Toreador Clan is chosen by the Prince as the new City Advisor. Three new Kindred enter the city; Mike Sharp (Brujah), his childe Meyer (Brujah) and James K (Malkavian). A mysterious Ventrue Emissary from Europe arrives to talk to the Elders and the Ventrue. The Nosferatu decipher a note book found in Edith's haven and discover that most of the cities cellphones have been cloned and their security using them compromised. A group of Kindred investigate a possible masquerade breach, only to find out that it is a hoax. Two of Conrad's four Ghouls are found dead (apparently killed in a car fire) and Ediths' Ghoul washes up on the riverfront (apparently drowned). Another dead body is found in the rail tunnel (hit by a train), after an investigation it is determined that it was just a mortal. The search for the elusive Justin Connery continues.
