This page sets the computer up for initial access to the router. The steps in this section are written for Windows 9x/ME and it assumes that you have TCP/IP already installed. Go to the control panel and find Network. Inside there should be a list of adapters and protocols. Locate the TCP/IP entry for the adapter connected to the router.

Select the entry and click properties.
