Shinobi
Resident Evil 0
The story before the first story >:b.

11/03/2002 -- 11/09/2002
TimeSplitters 2
Part of the team responsible for GoldenEye developed this, and it's easy to tell. Great FPS.
Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions
Think of the Runabout series, and you'll get the jist of this frantic driving game. Visuals are off the scale. Best replays I've ever seen.
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
The Adventures of Little Ralph
Fantastic action platformer.
Fist of the North Star: Legend of the End of the Century Savior
Plays just like Berzerk for DreamCast which is the right idea ;).
DoDonPachi
Graphics are cleaner than the SegaSaturn version.
Arthur & Astalot's Mysterious Ghosts'N Goblins
The Incredible Machine meets GnG. Arranged redbook audio included ;)
Final Fantasy I & II Premium Pack

Also known as just Swan Crystal, this is an updated version of the WonderSwan Color with a better screen.
Arrow Flash
Crying
Also known as Bio-Hazard Battle.
Nectaris
A remake of a PCE classic with improved graphics, music, and even 3D battles. Some people may know this as Military Madness from the Turbo Grafx-16.
Asteroids: Super Lite Series
Destroy rocks.
Outtrigger w/mouse
I wanted a mouse, and look, it came with a decent game.

10/06/2002 -- 10/12/2002
The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2
An interactive documentary. It features the entire script (written), art gallerys, music gallerys, promo videos, early concept promo videos, all cut scenes (w/o sound), and a polygon model gallery where you can zoom and rotate every model from the characters to the machines and sets like the Washington Bridge. They even made some MGS1 models available like the Metal Gear REX for you perusal. A neat package. I'm now interested to see more of this type of release for other high production japanese games.
Tekken 4

09/29/2002 -- 10/05/2002
No new additions...

09/22/2002 -- 09/28/2002
Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper
A truly amazing port of Capcom's arcade fighter by Crawfish Interactive with Maki, Yun, and Eagle from Capcom VS SNK 2 thrown in. Even with the limited buttons, it's still great. Who'd of thought Dramatic Battle would've been possible on the GameBoy Advance???!
Starfox Adventures
Formerly known as Dinosaur Planet, and Starfox Adventures: Dinosaur Planet. It should be called Starfox ridiculously massive item collecting Adventure.
Animal Crossing
Your character can get NES games and play them in his/her house. Excellent emulation. So far I've only got DK Jr Math, an Clu Clu Land.
Fatal Fury 2
Ported by Hudson Soft. I think the arranged music is different from the Neo CD. After all this time Mai's stage is still nice. Needs an Arcade Card to play.

09/15/2002 -- 09/21/2002
Quantum Redshift
Futuristic racer made by some of the folks behind WipeOut XL. The ships look like bad GIJoe toys, as a friend stated. Great game though once you open up the third tournament with it's increased speed.
70's Robot Anime: Geppy-X
Horizontal shooter with a transformable robot (Geppy-X).
Crows: The Battle Action
Final Fight style beat'em up with chibi characters.
Genma Onimusha demo
Valis: Legend of a Phantasm Soldier
This is a remake of the first Valis game.
AirForce Delta II
Got this because of the hidden Gradius and TwinBee ships.
Virtua Cop 2
GoldenEye 007
Rare's most popular title. The First Person Shooter that got the attention of all the FPS developers. About time I got this back...

09/08/2002 -- 09/14/2002
No new additions...

09/01/2002 -- 09/07/2002
Ikaruga
Demanded by fans, Treasure's brilliant NA@MI shooter.
Silhouette Mirage
Game by Treasure and ported by Working Designs. In their translation notes, it's mentioned that they increased the difficulty (stronger enemies, and higher cost for parasites), added an ability to steal mana from the enemies, added DualShock support, dual memory card support, and of course english dialog.

08/25/2002 -- 08/31/2002
Spriggan mark 2: Re Terraform Project
Sequel to Elemental Soldier, yes, but completely different otherwise. This time it's a horizontal shooter with changeable weapons that have limited ammo (like Assault Suit Leynos 2). Very hard game (like Assault Suit Laeynos 2).
Elemental Soldier: Spriggan
Vertical shooter that's comparable to both MUSHA and Blazing Lazers (aka GunHed).
L-Dis
Cartoonish horizontal shooter. Power-ups mimic Gradius.
Biohazard 0: Trial Edition
Let's you play through the train segment of Biohazard Zero. The new gimmick in this game is that at any time you can change between two character. It's called "Character Zapping". You can even program the one you're not using to do certain things while you're in the same room, and have him/her help fight off a massive horde of zombies. Oh, and there are LOTS to fight off. Zapping looks like something that'll have to be mastered in order to complete the game.
Offical PlayStation RGB cable
Fooking knackering.
Gale Racer
Known in US arcades as Rad Mobile. If that doesn't ring a bell, it's the first person Sega racer with Sonic the Hedgehog dangling from where the rear view mirror should be.
Darius Gaiden
Snagged the japanese version cheap just because I hate those demented US boxes so much.
Magical School Lunar!
A Lunar game for beginners.
Gran Chaser
Futuristic racer by Sega. If I'm not mistaken this was released in the states as Cyber Speedway.
Blazing Tornado
Arcade wrestling by Human, makers of the FireProWrestling series.
Miku the Metal Fighter
Menu-driven wrestling game. Based off anime.

08/16/2002 -- 08/24/2002
Dead to Rights
Made by Namco Hometek Inc. I'm currently at the breaking point with it. Very frustrating.

08/11/2002 -- 08/17/2002
Bokan to Ippatsu! Doronbo: Time Bokan Series
Verical shooter featuring the evil trio from the Time Bokan series as the main characters. Lots of different vehicles to choose from.
Super Famicom RGB cable
Doesn't work on my SNES2, but does on my newly bought SNES1.
Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Calibur
I wish the sprites were hand-drawn instead of rendered.
Sengoku 3
A Final Fight style combo feast by Noise Factory. Great animation, and the inclusion of special moves as well as super moves makes it feel like a one-on-one fighter.

08/04/2002 -- 08/10/2002
King of Fighters 2000
A pile of classic KOF stages are thrown in along with a Puzzle and Gallery mode. Music is straight off the arranged soundtrack : ).
Arcade Card Pro
Needed to play certain PCE CD's.
Silpheed
I suppose I should get a Mega CD/Sega CD soon...
Wolf Fang SS
A horizontal shooter that has you control a robot that's too damn big for a game of this type. I don't care for it.

07/28/2002 -- 08/03/2002
Beach Spikers
Volleyball game by the folks at AM2.
The Cameraman: -Photographer Boy Plus-
This is a port of the PCE game with an extra stage.
Silent Bomber
Rockman DASH 2: Great inheritance

07/21/2002 -- 07/27/2002
Maken X
Space Channel 5
All Star Slammin' D-Ball
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Whirlwind of Gold
Based on the 5th manga series. Plays like an interactive comic with fighting parts more than the previous one-on-one fighter.
Gun Grave (Limited Edition)
The LE comes with the game (japanese cover), an action figure of the main character, and 6 replacement covers including the cooler asian cover ; )
*UPDATE* There's a hidden 7th cover on the reverse side of the game's original insert.
Super Mario Sunshine
The game that promises to be so good, it's rude.

07/14/2002 -- 07/20/2002
Photographer Boy 2
Capture wild and wacky events on film
Psyvariar Complete Edition (Special Capture Box)
Comes with a DVD that shows how to play properly. Someday I'll watch it >:b.
Daytona USA 2001
Seventh Cross

Cool Boarders Burrrn!
Scored this for $5 new
El Viento
Cybernator
Streets of Rage 2
Mystic Defender
Xexyz
New Shinobi Legend
Includes cinemas not found in the US version
Guardian Force
A fantastic overhead tank shooter.
Gynoug
AKA Wings of Wor. Could the stages be any longer? >:b
Tatsujin
aka Truxton
Strider Hiryu
Really for big Strider fans only. A terrible conversion of a great game. However, as a huge fan it's hard to resist the arranged redbook audio, and incredible cutscenes. There is also an extra stage thrown in which is interesting.

07/07/2002 -- 07/13/2002
Rez
The Castle of Shikigami
Vertical shooter that's frighteningly popular for reasons I can't guess. I'm not very fond of it.

06/30/2002 -- 07/06/2002
Fantavision
The 4th of July passed and got me in the mood for fireworks.
*UPDATDE 10/03/2002-- I guess I wasn't in the mood after all as it's still factory sealed (LOL).

06/23/2002 -- 06/29/2002
Contra
The arcade version of one of the most popular NES games. Even though I consider the home version superior, I still got this because I'm a fan.

06/16/2002 -- 06/22/2002
Cannon Dancer
The game that makes Strider look dim.

06/09/2002 -- 06/15/2002
Hoshigami
Strategy/RPG in the same vein as Final Fantasy Tactics.
Zettai Zetsumei Toshi
Loosely translated as Diaster City. An earthquake simulator/survival game.
Perfect Dark
The not so popular follow-up to Rare's N64 seller GoldenEye 007.
*TRIVIA - Originally the game made use of the defunct GameBoy camera, so players could wear their real-life faces on their virtual counterparts. The idea got canned when angry parents learned about it and didn't want their children "shooting their friends".

05/26/2002 -- 06/01/2002
Castlevania: Concerto of Midnight Sun

05/26/2002 -- 06/01/2002
Confidential Mission
I got the japanese version of this game because it has light gun support. Yup, it does.
Y's IV: The Dawn of Y's
Considered the best in the series.

05/19/2002 -- 05/25/2002
No new additions... On vacation ;)

05/12/2002 -- 05/18/2002
No new additions...

05/05/2002 -- 05/11/2002
Konami Collector's Series: Arcade Advanced
Frogger, Time Pilot, Gyruss, Scramble, Rush'n Attack, and Yie Ar Kung Fu all in one cart. I got it to play Rush'n Attack as I had fond memories of playing the arcade version in an arcade in Montreal. In retrospect now, the NES version is far better although the graphics here are better.
*TRIVIA - Scramble is the pre-cursor to Gradius.
Tactics Ogre

04/28/2002 -- 05/04/2002
Macross 2036
Lady Phantom
Mech strategy game.
Gunner's Heaven
A 1st generation PlayStation title like Contra and Gunstar Heroes. One of the first PSX games I played before I got my import system. Left me with the impression that all future games would have great 2D graphics. Oh how laughable that thought is now (lol).
Cosmic Smash
A futuristic looking racketball game by Sega that requires you to destroy targets with precision aiming to complete stages.

04/21/2002 -- 04/27/2002
City Connection
Alisia Dragoon
Kirby's Adventure
Little Nemo the Dream Master
Sonic Wings Special

Last Bronx
Steamgear Mash
F-Zero
Baseball Stars 2
Sky Gunner
Arc the Lad Collection

04/07/2002 -- 04/13/2002

03/31/2002 -- 04/06/2002
Okage: Shadow King
Sega Bass Fishing

03/24/2002 -- 03/30/2002
Kingdom Hearts
*UPDATE 10/22/2002* With the release of the US version I decided to get back into this game and finish it off. This has to be the most unforgiving game I've played this year without a doubt. When kids do things wrong, their punishment should be to go through the end of this game. You practically need stress therapy and a degree in TV camera operation in order to both play it correctly and not go insane. However, on the other side the game's sets, character models, motion capture, music, character designs, and CG movies are really top banana. It's unfortunate that the game gets crippled by it's poor battle system in concert with the horrible camera. I was almost hoping for there to be an unlockable group ability called "Good Camera" (lol). 3D games need a 3D TV. Enough with this playing 3D games on a 2D screen already. We need an evolution. And what's with the real-time menu navigation? This isn't an online RPG (lol). Isn't this the same company that made Secret of Mana? That game paused when the menu was opened... *ahem* I don't think I'll ever play this one again. Into storage it goes...

03/17/2002 -- 03/23/2002
PuLiRuLa
Kyukyoku Tiger II -Advanced Tiger-
An unfairly hard game. Not only are you slow, but your weapon power never seems strong enough.
Star Parodier
Like Konami's Parodius series, this game takes a comedic look at the Star Soldier series with Bomberman and even a PC Engine thrown in a playable ships. Finally a game where you can play as a PC Engine ^_^.
GunValkyrie
Biohazard
The House of the Dead 2
Just like last game, the US version has red blood. Shocking how gross the game becomes with this simple change. I remember reading a while back that the japanese HotD2 arcade game had to have green blood because people thought the game looked too realistic.

Capcom Generation 2: Demon World and the Knight
Contains Makaimura, Dai Makaimura, and Cho Makaimura (known in the US as Ghosts n' Goblins, Ghouls n' Ghosts, and Super Ghouls n' Ghosts)
Shippu Mahou Daisakusen: Kingdom Grandprix
Part of the Mahou Daisakusen vertical shooter series, but this time with racing elements thrown in. So while you're fighting off foes, you still have to rank in the race. Very tricky. You can slow down the other drivers by using a bomb attack, and can turbo boost if you don't shoot.
DoDonPachi
Best boss music in recent memory

01/06/2002 -- 01/12/2002
