Story.
Hearing that her father went missing on an assignment. Chun Li goes on an official mission to find him. Following on a lead from her father's friend, Gen, she goes after the organization known as Shadowlaw to find out who was responsible. She finally came face-to-face with the leader, M.Bison. She fought against him, demanding to know what happened to her father, but was easily defeated. Bison left, gloating that next time they fought he would kill her as quickly as he killed her father. Chun Li, angered by his remark, vows revenge upon Bison for the sake of her father (Street Fighter Alpha 2.)
Now the special ICPO special detective assigned to the case of destroying Shadowlaw. But with management corruption, she was powerless as an official. So, working with Charlie, she goes against the system and plots out a way to destroy Bison's organisation. Unfortunately, Guile came to intervene- sent on orders by the corrupt Army management to stop Chun Li and Charlie's plan. Chun Li tried to stop him but he was persistant. But luckily, on meeting Charlie, Guile soon realised what was up. Their planned bombardment was cancelled by Shadowlaw double agents within the army, so Chun Li, Charlie and Guile had to blow up the main Shadowlaw base of operations themselves. As Guile and Charlie went to destroy the Psycho Drive; a machine Bison uses to moderate his increasing amount of power, Chun Li set explosives around the base. Chun Li and Guile manages to destroy the base, but Charlie wasn't able to make his way out in time thanks to Bison. (Street Fighter Alpha 3.)
Though reeling, Shadowlaw remains alive; as does Bison. Personally recieving an invitation from M.Bison to enter the 2nd Street Fighter tournament, she participates to once and for all finish off Bison for good. Though Bison was killed by Gouki, it is possible that either she (or Guile) won the tournament (Street Fighter 2.)
Now that Bison and Shadowlaw is defeated, Chun Li goes on to examine a new case concerning a missing girl said to have been kidnapped by Gill's organisation; The Illuminatti. Investigating the organisation, she comes across Urien. Demanding that he release the kidnapped girl, Urien makes a deal with her. She will spar with him to 'entertain him' with her skills, and he will release the girl. After defeating him, Urien lives up to his promise and frees the girl. Gaining a new purpose in life, she goes on to train the younger generations throughout the world to understand the concepts of strength and beauty (Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike.)
