Story.
Charlie is a First Lieutenant in the US Air Force. He has made many enquiries into drg activity, which all seem to point back to one name; "Shadowlaw." Gathering his comrades to form a strike team, he forms a new objective- to end corruption in the armed forces and to eliminate the man responsible. Along with Chun Li, he heads after Shadowlaw. Guile was sent by corrupt army officials to stop him, but when he saw Bison, he soon realised the truth and joined forces with Charlie and Chun Li. The three managed to infiltrate the base and set up explosives. Chun Li set explosives around the base while Charlie and Guile went off to set explosives around Bison's Psycho Drive. However, when they got there, they soon found out that Bison was there waiting for them. He went at Guile in his Psycho Crusher move, but Charlie threw himself in front of Bison and grabbed him- holding him off long enough for Guile to finish setting up the explosives. Guile left soon afterwards, while the base detonated- with both Bison and Charlie still inside.

Sonic Break- Hold Back, then press Forward, Back, Forward+Any Punch Button pressed rapidly.
