Star Beam
Once all of the Star Spirits are rescued, they combine their powers to create Star Beam. It only works in the fight against Bowser; it makes his Star Rod lose its power temporarily. It doesn't do damage and can be used as much as you want. No POW cost.
Peach Beam
Once Bowser becomes stronger, Star Beam has no affect. So, Twink gains power and gives it to the Star Spirits, along with the power of Peach's wishes, to create Peach Beam. It has the same affect as Star Beam. No POW cost.
