We've now got the ALPHA DEMO (130Mb) released by SCi last month. This is the alpha demo you guys have been playing over the past few weeks and NOT, WE REPEAT NOT, a newer version. Keep an eye on this website and SCi Online for news of when the Online demo will be released.

You might also notice that access to this site is now slightly faster and more reliable. We're now running off our brand new servers and hope you guys can all log on with fewer problems. Please note however, that this is an extremely busy site and access at certain times may still be difficult.

We've also just been told that the online version of the demo should be ready by the 1st or 2nd week of June!

It's got a pretty good in depth review, as well as a quick guide to the many levels, missions and wacky races you'll get to play. It'll also tell you what kind of hardware you'll need to get the most out of the game. Furthermore, you'll be able to see how Carmageddon TDR 2000 compares to its predecessors!

As for the demo, you'll find it on PC Gamer CD2! Ready for a road rage weekend? :-P

The online version won't be ready this week like the demo on the cover CD. Unfortunately, we won't be able to upload it here or onto any of SCi's websites as the magazines featuring the demo have the EXCLUSIVE right to distribute them this month.
