INCUBUS!

Incubus rules! And I mean it. Incubus is a alternative band, with a great sound. A mix of Metal, Funk, and Rap that is unreal. The members of Incubus have 4 albums, and are featured on many mixer CD's and also have a couple movie sound tracks. And I have been a fan since the beginning! Which is cool, and freaky because your little secret is being leaked. But you can say "I TOLD YOU SO!" To the "new" fans when you said Incubus was great 2 years ago.

Their first CD from 1995 is Fungus Amoung Us. Very funky and bass driven sound! In 1997 under Epic records they realesed Enjoy Incubus. The CD included remixes of songs from their first CD, and also two new songs. This also was the unveiling of their logo guy. :) You'll know him if you see him holding a nice steaming cup of Incubus.

Incubus's first full LP with Epic was S.C.I.E.N.C.E. which was released later in 1997. This in my opinion is the BEST ALTERNATIVE ROCK CD ever made. The lyrics are amazing, and the music is great. With funky tracks mixed with crazy Mr. Bungle like tracks, and hard core metal like songs, this CD has it all. Any one of the 12 songs could have gone huge. Sadly none did. New Skin kind of made a push but no video was made for it.

Then in fall 1999 their fourth CD Make Yourself hit stores! Track number 12 intitled Pardon Me was released as the single. The song has been a 6 month single and Incubus is now beginning to get recognised. However their new CD contains a different style, the lyrics are clearer spoken, and slower. The music has been toned down a bit. However the CD rocks still, and I highly suggest any of their CD's!

PUYA!

Puya you say? Well yes I do. This band is amazing! They are from Puerto Rico, and their first full length CD from MCA Records is named "Fundamental". The sound is rap, metal, and latin beats! Lots of nice minor percussion and guitar solos! Armed with Spanish and English tracks, this CD is very unique. Their song Oasis has a Video that can be seen on MTV sometimes. Look for this band to get huge!
