Verse 1 ******** Got to chuckling outloud on my daily walk today! looking at everyone's belongings along the way.	Verse 2 ******** Thinking about the people living in such elegant homes. who have two/three cars and I'd wonder 'if only.'
Verse 3 ******** Out here I had better carry a big stick to protect myself! For the thoughts of 'if only' can get me in deep trouble.	Verse 4 ******** But thanks to all my friends and a gentle titian haired beauty; our love for each other forever I will be able to walk another day.
Verse 5 ******** Laughing and talking to myself retaining the looks of others as me and my stick to protect thoughts only laughter can bring.	Verse 6 ******** Thus taking this walk to childhood dreams of wondrous things not knowing of the cost of children losing the desire of worldly goods.

But it must be funny as others laugh
to see this middle-aged person
walking in sweat pants and jacket
with my bible and laughing all the way.
