On Sunday, October 24th at 3pm, the Watchung Arts Center’s Folk Series is hosting the Klezmer All-Star Program with Mary Feinsinger with Margot Leverett, Peter Stan and Barry Mitterhoff from Silk City. These four outstanding artists have combined their talents to present a unique sound in klezmer music. Individually and together, for over a decade, they have thrilled audiences around the country. The All-Stars offer an exciting mix of traditional and original klezmer tunes, Yiddish songs within gypsy, Russian and Ladino melodies. Their lively improvisations and interpretations delight audiences of all ages. Please expect foot-stomping, hand-clapping and dancing in the aisles!
