I'm definitely too smart, or at least too logical to watch soaps. First they show a really funny dream sequence, where they imagine they're The Osbournes. Then, like five hours later (in their world), Sharon shows up, pretending to some American.

Healing
Mood:  happy
Topic: Good News

Just came back from a healing session. I have a problem with spiritual people, they always seem so calm and collected that I just feel like giggling. But hopefully some will rub off on me... If I got healing like two times a day, maybe I wouldn't be soo moody :)

By the way...are you as curious as me about the new festival that's gonna be revealed on Tuesday? Foo Fighters, the most interesting festival band I've seen so far this year!

Question:
Mood:  cheeky
Topic: Everyday life
I'm looking through some old DVDs, and on one of them the Bonus material only has German and Dutch subtitles. Does that mean that Germans are dumber than the other europeans?

Am reading the paper about a girl/woman who was hassled by her bf about getting a male escort, so finally she gave in and now she's living with the male escort instead... Maybe that's the way to go..? Um, no thanks.

PS. Don't try to Google the article, you might find a lot of strange (Boy George related) things!

The CD
Mood:  celebratory
Topic: Music
Came home and found a Cd in the mail. Apparently I've won a contest and a signed CD. Thanks MTV! The funny thing about this CD is that I tried to find it on the net for the longest time, and after about six months when I finally found it. I forgot it at my friends house, and he lost it. But now I have it back :)

Walk
Mood:  cool
Topic: Everyday life
Went for a long walk with a friend and finally managed to cool down a bit. It's nice to listen to someone elses problem for a while. Then when I came back my mum had my fav. friend (of hers) over so I made them some hot chocolate (too much cardemom) and talked to them for a while too...

Curiousity killed the cat..?
Mood:  don't ask
Now Playing: Beck - Loser
Topic: Bad News
The day was going fine. I was doing some stuff around the house, getting ready to go out and do some other stuff. Then the mail came. And of course I couldn't just step over it, the pile of papers on the floor, I just had to look at it.  And then when I found the envelope addressed to me, I just had to open it. At first I was annoyed, then I panicked and then I curled up like a ball in my bed and stayed there for hours. Cancelled my work out and ignored food (haven't gotten around to breakfast yet). I've given myself today to be upset, then I'll have to ignore it and go about my week as if nothing happened (until the weekend when I want to get really, really, really drunk...constructive huh?). So if I'm really moody during the next six months or so, you know why...

Horoscopes lie!
Mood:  d'oh
Topic: Everyday life

If today's my lucky day (according to my horoscope), I don't even wanna know what'll happen to the rest of it... Managed to force my cousin to take me to the summer house to get the thing I need for the birthday thingy, when we got there we couldn't find it. Searched through the whole place with a flashlight (Burglar? Me?), and then tried to get into the other houses too but just couldn't the right damn key. then we went to get his thing for his car (neither him nor me had the money, really, but I paid for some gas anyway), closed for the day. Then I went to exchange a lottery ticket, they didn't have any left so she gave me the cash instead of my chance to win millions... Finally I went to get something nice with my gift certificate, the lady in the shop was kinda rude and the only thing they had that fitted me required me to pay an additional $80...which I didn't have. When I told her that she sounded really angry and I left the store. So I decided to treat us/myself to some fast food. Because by then I didn't have the time or the inspiration to cook when I came back home. I ordered the food (I always have to wait an extra minute for mine), we sat down and when he'd finished his burgers and fries and asked where my burger was. Of course they'd forget to make one.

The only good things in the story are my cousin who was nice enough to drive me around, and my dear friend who bought the gift certificate from me just to be nice.
