If today's my lucky day (according to my horoscope), I don't even wanna know what'll happen to the rest of it... Managed to force my cousin to take me to the summer house to get the thing I need for the birthday thingy, when we got there we couldn't find it. Searched through the whole place with a flashlight (Burglar? Me?), and then tried to get into the other houses too but just couldn't the right damn key. then we went to get his thing for his car (neither him nor me had the money, really, but I paid for some gas anyway), closed for the day. Then I went to exchange a lottery ticket, they didn't have any left so she gave me the cash instead of my chance to win millions... Finally I went to get something nice with my gift certificate, the lady in the shop was kinda rude and the only thing they had that fitted me required me to pay an additional $80...which I didn't have. When I told her that she sounded really angry and I left the store. So I decided to treat us/myself to some fast food. Because by then I didn't have the time or the inspiration to cook when I came back home. I ordered the food (I always have to wait an extra minute for mine), we sat down and when he'd finished his burgers and fries and asked where my burger was. Of course they'd forget to make one.

The only good things in the story are my cousin who was nice enough to drive me around, and my dear friend who bought the gift certificate from me just to be nice.

Got a text from my dear friend. "Wanna go for a ride? i'll pick you up now!" So I did. It's wasn't a long trip and she's always fun. I'm not even gonna tell you what she said, out of the blue, when I was mid-sentence (in case any kids are readingt his...), but she's fun... ;) When we got there we were very fascinated by a ball of what seems like a x-mas decoration. In a tree. Six stories up. Where did it come from? Why was it there? Did it run on batteries? Finally I saw it. There was a cord that lead to one of the balconies. Very interesting...and good. Because then we could turn around and go back home again. Went by my friend's fav. stop along the way, looked at silly stuff and bought a coke. While we were paying a guy asked the lady in the place "Do you accept Euros?" and she answered: "Jodå, det kan vi väl ordna..." ("Yeah, sure"...in Swedish). When we got back in the car I asked my friend if she noticed that the lady replied in Swedish and she didn't "but it did explain why he looked so confused even though the lady answered him".

Though I'd remembered "everything" lately but of course I was wrong. Luckily, destiny or something wanted to help and put me in line after a woman who reminded me that I should have handed in the time report YESTERDAY if I wanted to get paid at the end of the month. You know it's bad when you can't even remember to get paid!

What's the point with the stupid online stores if I can't buy anything? We should stop selling stuff too! Boycott the entire friggin' country...or at least not sell them stuff.

Some people complain about me me texting instead of ringing, but if you'd tried to talk to some of my (male) friends, you'd understand why. I still like you guys, but you're impossible to talk to. They tend to do at least eleven things at once, and therefore has absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Some might even say "Oh, what were you saying, I didn't bother to listen." So then I try to hang up, but then they're all like; "Oh, it's ok, I don't wanna hang up." Yeah right! Or like the friend who rang me today, I've learnt that he can pause for up to, like, five minutes between sentences, so you're never sure when he's done and it's your turn to talk (he's the same way in person too), and he doesn't like to be rushed...but today's worse than ever. He was doing a bunch of computer-stuff while talking and was completely quiet, so I tried to hang up, but he didn't even pay enough attention to hear me trying to say goodbye. Compared to that I'm not even going to complain about my friend who thinks he lives in an American sit-com and never says "bye" but just hangs up when he thinks he's done.

Went for a long walk to a store today, but didn't find what I needed anyway. Not a good day for a walk, cold, wet and icy at the same time.
