But then things started to get better, and I almost felt a bit of that talked about Christmas feeling.
I went to help a relative with some things and when I came back, mum was putting up curtains, which always makes her upset and annoyed, but this time I even managed to calm her down. Then I got my new mobile phone, and it was a pinkish brown colour and really pretty. And there was an entire box with extra stuff that came with it, and it has even more things to it than I remember. I think I'm in love.
Kept myself busy all day, defrosting the fridge and whatnot. I even had an actual discussion, instead of an argument with my mum. That never happens.
Around five pm I called it quits and laid down in front of the TV, and tried to watch some of my favourite movies that just happened to be on TV...

Topic: Everyday life
I hate Christmas. I hate presents. I hate stuff. I hate people (except for my friends of course).

Being kids?
Mood:  special
Topic: Everyday life
I stood behind some kids in line at the store and they were talking about how they would get high/drunk/or as they called it "funny" if they drank too much Sprite. Sometimes I just wish that things could be like they were when we were their age. Much simpler, less complicated. But I guess...it wouldn't be the same anyway, since times has changed in just ten years or so. And we'd probably not appreciate it the way an adult (me?) would anyway...

I felt sick and was really dizzy this morning, maybe from the fumes in the kitchen last night? Stupid new stove!

Anyone else who thinks that Shakira looks like Portia De Rossi in her new video?

Decided to listen to some new tunes, and ended up with
Take That's "Beautiful World" (big disappointment, even though I like the first single)
Gwen Stefani's "The Sweet Escape" (No! Lauren Hill hybris?)
..and when I was already at it, I might as well listen to
Emma Bunton "Life In Mono"(Are you kidding me?! ...and she used to be my fav. ex-Spice)
Katie Price & Peter Andre "A Whole New World" (Poor songs... Isn't this illegal?)

TV called today again. Rang a friend and asked desperately for help, but he was busy all week. He had to pyssla... I know I can't just demand my friends to drop everything and come help me exactly when I want them to (even though I sure try...hehe...), but I rarely ask him for help any more, and last year I had to do his pyssel because he didn't have time, but all of a sudden it's prio 1. Dammit...
