Another view, this time of a few more things. The rubber hose running into the carb is feeding propane into it, running the engine cleaner and smoother than gasoline could ever do. The 1/4 HP electric motor (white arrow) was used to start it, you can see the belt just below the right rear wheel. The chamber plug (inset, black arrow) is to be replaced by a high-pressure system which feeds water to the combustion starting a few degrees before every power stroke, so the water will expand from room temperature to thousands of degrees in milliseconds...imagine how much power that makes!
