This is another interesting apparatus. A 5 HP B&S engine is attached to a shopping cart chassis with flat bar (arrow) and bolted down. The carburetor on this engine is so old, it doesn't even have a choke; the engine still has a rope starter too. It was on a cement finisher before, so the centrifugal pulley (left of engine) is still in place. Later it is to be fitted with four 100-amp alternators--and yes it can take that at full load, because with water injection and further tweaking, horsepower can be doubled on this lil' guy!
