It is unfortunate that this picture is not clear enough, but this test involved running 30 kV through 10 W 30 motor oil.  The spark plug gap had to be set to 0.05" to be of any use, since oil has a much higher insulative capability than air.  Bubbles of something or other could be seen rising from the arc.  It was readily combustible and did not recondense into oil.  To this date it is not known what the new "fuel" is.
