This is water through which the exhaust of the lawnmower shown previous was run through. The engine is quite a puker of HC emissions and this proves it. The water shown here is saturated with suspended gasoline to the point where it sucks in light! However, once the water got like this, the HC fumes emanated up through the top of the jar and was quite a choking experience.
