Awesome pen repairI have had the pleasure of working with some new talent that I came across on pen central after he contacted me for the repair of my Sheaffer. he e-mailed me about his knowledge of Sheaffer pens so I forwarded my pen to him. The moment it arrived he contacted me and said that my pen was there and in great condition but the rod was damaged. He said he would send my money back because I wanted to keep the original rod in it. He said he would have to send off for the new metal rod (which costs extra) and would take one week at no charge. I have never heard that from a repairman before! I was about to write him about keeping the money only if the pen could not be repaired and that I didn't mind waiting a week when I recieved another message from him saying that he had taken a rod out of one of his pens to put in mine. I was amazed at the quality, quick service, the updates via e-mail and the turnaround was only about two days. Plus, Bruce carries a full year warrantee on all repairs. Going dynamicPenman's Fountain Pen Site (PFPS) began building our newer faster website about two months ago featuring dynamic hypertext markup language (DHTML) and have published the new edition of our network today. We've taken the opportunity to update and tweak our features a bit, so that navigation is easier, faster, more convenient and a heck of a lot more fun!
