THE HURDLE

The HURDLE The Hurdle is part of the Agility jumping obstacles and is good for basic training. It is an obstacle that is very easy to build. This basic jump is very important for both working dogs and Agility. The hurdle comes in many shapes and sizes.
In basic training, before jumping the hurdle, the handler must leave the dog facing the hurdle, while he goes on to wait for him on the other side. The hurdle needs to be in such a height at the beginning that the dog would go easily through it. The HURDLE
The HURDLE First jumping it with his handler and the help of his lead, while giving the order jump as they jump. All that is left is to teach the dog to sit before the hurdle. Than the dog would jump the hurdle without his handler but still with the help of his lead. And only than will the dog jump the hurdle by command and will wait after he jumped the hurdle. If the dog had any kind of mistake or fear while attempting to jump, the handler must take one stage back and complete the mission.
