Our commitment is to provide a comprehensive and professional service tailored to the needs of each individual client. A fee, according to the schedule below, is only payable if a client successfully exchanges contracts on a property introduced and vetted by us. Simply put, No transaction , No fee.
All preliminary property searches, reports and inspections are undertaken by us at no cost to the client.
Transaction Fee
2% + VAT of the purchase price payable upon legally binding exchange of contracts
Letting & Management Fee
12.5% + VAT of total gross rent payable under the lease. Comprehensive service to include securing & vetting of tenant (reference & credit check) collection of rent, regular inspection and maintanence reports etc.
Project Management Fee
10% + VAT of improvement \ maintanence contract sum to include organising quotes from 3 reputable sources & on-site inspection \ monitoring of works by a qualified Building Surveyor
