Company Info
Nicholas Craddock Estate Agents was founded in June 1990 in the North Herefordshire market town of Leominster. Nicholas Craddock, however, actually began his Estate Agency career in the offices of a much respected old firm of estate agents and auctioneers known as Russell, Baldwin & Bright back in 1977. He therefore enjoys approximately 25 years of working in all aspects of the property world in Herefordshire.
In 1998 the Company was expanded by moving into a second office in the City of Hereford and from an office in Union Street soon moved to much larger and more prestigious premises at 41 Bridge Street, close to the old bridge and the River Wye. A subsidiary office was opened in the much respected and desirable Black & White village of Weobley in 2002. The three offices are able to interact with each other utilising modern technology and in view of the geographical location of each office we are able to cover the whole of Herefordshire, South Shropshire, the Powys Borders and even the Western fringes of Worcestershire.
The services of the firm have been expanded to provide both residential and commercial sales, a survey department, lettings department and also financial services. Despite this one of our main attributes are an established and loyal team many of which have remained with us since the first day!
Although Independent and a member of the “Ombudsman Scheme” we are part of a group of approximately 500 other independent agents forming a nationwide network, obviously aimed at making life easier for those seeking to move from area to area.
The Estate Agency wing deals in all types of property from first time buyer homes to large and prestigious country properties.
In our association with Hong Kong we hope to be able to provide a range of quality homes throughout Herefordshire which we feel may be suitable for overseas purchasers and those who may not wish to occupy their country home on a 24/7 basis.
