Triathlons, duathlons, aquathlons - Individualized Monthly Training

Whether you are training for your first triathlon, or would like to qualify for Hawaii, this program is designed for you. Our individualized training program consists of a athlete-specific long term training schedule designed around your needs and objectives. This training plan will list in detail your workload for every day of the week. Depending on exact nature of the program, athlete may receive weekly training plan based on and reflecting athlete' immediate physiological and other determinants.

Triathlons - Group Training

This program does not not include individualized training evaluations and schedules.

All programs require a three month non-refundable coaching fee which includes the following benefits: initial evaluation assessment, team environment and support, access to TLC social events, and discounts at affiliate partners.

Running - Individualized Monthly Training

This training is for you if you are training for running event and want a personalized attention and custom training program. Monthly and/or weekly workout schedules are designed and adjusted to your individual goals, fitness level, and progress. You will also can participate in TriLife weekly coached group workouts and long run sessions, have unlimited coach consultation via email or telephone, and usually coaching support on site race day.

Running - Group Training Sessions

This training is for you if you are training for a specific event for which TriLife has a team which meets requirement for a minimal number of athletes. Weekly group sessions are run by coaches that know you, your training program, race event and your goals. During these sessions, TriLife coaches are available to answer your questions and provide advice and encouragement. Informational clinics are conducted during the the training season by our coaches and occasional guest speakers.

Remote Coaching

Not in New York City? Train as a remote participant. Though you will not be present for our coached sessions, our individualized program is still available to you. We can talk with you by phone or email and deliver by email or fax your schedule each month. While not being our preferred type of coaching, we have trained people remotely with success. Our monthly fees are the same as for individualized training.

To register, contact our coaching staff. You will also need to fill out the Initial Evaluation form, contract and health waiver, and fax, mail or bring them to any of our training sessions.
