Getting taller

Being a short kid, I was discouraged by my dad to join my high schools basketball team. He said I dont have a chance because Height Is Might. I proved him wrong. If you are still a teenager dont worry if your short, your bones keep growing until the age of 21. This goes for males and females. There are ways to "help" grow taller. Eating the right food, fruits, vegetables, meats etc. will help your body. Getting plenty of sleep will also help, taking vitamins and minerals. Calcium is proven to help bones grow so be sure to drink milk and eat right. Excercise will also help a lot. Playing Basketball an hour a day will help you.

I will listing some programs soon that will help you get taller. I still need to research a little on what actually works. Meanwhile, make sure you do everything I listed above.
