SAIYAN LEVELS

SUPER SAIYAN LEVELS

-Super Saiyan
This level was first reached by goku in his fight with freeza on the planet namek.
Physical description: Increased muscle mass, and long blond hair that stands on end. Occasionally accompanied by a yellow wave, or lightning.


-Super Saiyan 2
This level was first reached by gohan in his fight with cell (English Episode number 170 - The Unleashing). This is a far better level then Super Saiyan 1. You become faster and stronger.
Physical description: Greater muscle mass than SSJ1, and a few more inches of blond hair. Occasionally accompanied by lightning. 

-Super Saiyan 3
This level was first reached by Goku in his fight with Majin-Buu. This level is better than ssj2 you become faster ansd stronger. Only Goku And Gotenks (Fusion Between Trunks and Goten) Have made it to ssj3.
Physical Description: No eyebrows, with a very long blond hair and a larger muscle mass. 


-Super Saiyan 4
This level was first reached by Goku in his fight with the One star evil dragon in DragonBallGT. You first go Golden Oozaru then become ssj4.
Physical description: Black Hair, Red Fur, Tail, a bit more muscle mass and eyes are red rimmed.


-Oozaru
When a Saiyan stares at a full moon, he will change into a 20-foot tall, monsterous monkey called a Were-monkey (Oozaru, in Japanese, translates to "Big Monkey"). All Saiyan (except Goku and Gohan) were able to control themselves during this stage It doesn't matter which full moon they look at (in Dragonball GT, Goku turned Oozaru by looking at the full Earth. And Vegeta had the ability to create a pocket-sized full moon when he first arrived on Earth to fight Goku and Gohan that made him turn into the Were-Monkey.), Saiyans Become 10 times stronger in this level. A Saiyan must have a tail to be able to turn Oozaru. If the tail is cut off, they revert to normal. If the tail is pulled out by the roots, the Saiyan will never be able to turn Oozaru again. 
Physical description: Big monkey-like monster, Fur, tail.

-Golden Oozaru
Goku Made it to Golden Oozaru before he went ssj4. it is the same as reguler Oozaru only the fur is Gold. Vegeta made it to this level also, but he cheated and used a beam that bulma made to go into Golden oozaru/ssj4.
