COUNCIL QUESTIONS

Question: I have a really cool question I would like to get the guild's opinion on. How can I make polls?

Answer: You must be a ROYAL COUNCIL Member in order to make polls. If there is something you would like to ask the guild and you do not have the ability to make polls, you may use the message board.

Question: How long do I have to stay on the Council Elf Court before I can be moved up to the ROYAL COUNCIL?
Answer: That decision isn't made based on time. To learn the qualifications for the ROYAL COUNCIL, please visit the Council page and read the "Qualifications" section.

Question: About the council, how can I get on?
Answer: Again, if you click the link to the Council page, that question is answered in detail in the "Qualifications" section.

Question: I'm on the ROYAL COUNCIL but I don't want the task I have. What can I do?
Answer: Tell me! We can/will change your task to something you DO like/want/need!

Question: I am on the council but I really have too much going on in my life. I can't keep up. I want to stay in the council but I just can't handle any more tasks!
Answer: No problem. If you're on the Royal Council we can drop you to the Council Elf Court until your life settles down a bit then re-instate you when you are ready. If you are on the Council Elf Court now, just stay there and chill. Council Elf Court members don't have tasks until they are promoted to ROYAL COUNCIL so there's nothing to worry about there.

DOLL QUESTIONS
Question: I sent you my doll discription but I don't see it (my doll) on the doll page yet. Where is it?
Answer: These dolls are custom made. They aren't the "drag and drop" sort that you find at regular doll maker sites. I "free hand mouse draw" a lot of the components that go into making your dolls. It takes time to make the doll not to mention I also live outside of neopets. I am raising 4 children and maintaining a successsful Hypnotherapy Practice as well. It would be wonderful if I could get your doll to you instantly. Sometimes I can! But most of the time I can't and I your patience would be greatly appreciated.

Question: OK, I see my doll and I appreciate it, but.. it doesn't really look like me! What now?
Answer: GOODY! A make-over! We will continue to comunicate until I get it right. I aim to please! I love to make these doll so don't worry about hurting my feelings. If your doll doesn't look like you it's YOUR FAULT! (just kidding!) No seriously! I will need more details about your appearance and exactly what you look like. For instance, if you told me you wear glasses and I made your doll with glasses, great. But do you wear "Coke Bottle" glasses, wire frame golds, John Lennon framed? see what I mean? You can't just tell me "I wear glasses" and expect me to make it perfect. How about hair? Did you tell me you are a blonde? Try going to the beauty salon and telling them you want your hair dyed blonde! The stylist will look at you like you just stepped off of the planet Zebedee! Do you know how many varieties of "blonde" there are? Ashe, honey, gold, strawberry, dirty dishwater, sand, doe, white, platinum, brass,..... etc. I do the best I can with what YOU tell me. If it doesnt look like you, chances are, the details you gave me werent descriptive enough. I NEED DETAILS!!! lol. and lots of them! So lets get to work on those make-overs!

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Question: I got a petpet from you but I don't like the petpet I got. Can I exchange it for another one?
Answer: I'm sorry to have to say this but, no. The petpets you receive from the guild are gifts made possible through the generous donations of other guild members. The petpets you receive are carefully chosen based on rank, merit, and valor in the guild. Other factors may go into deciding which petpets you are sent including how much you donate to the guild, how much you talk to us on the message board, etc. Your length of time and activity level plays a very important role in determining which petpets you are sent every month.

Question: I thought we were supposed to get a petpet each month for having the guild banner in our shops?
Answer: You are. They will be sent on a randomly choosen and variable day each month. It could be at the beginning of the month. It could be in the middle... it could even be near the end. That day isn't announced to anyone. And it changes month to month.

Question: I noticed there are some council members gone. What happened?
Answer: They were banned for lack of Valor to put it mildly.
