If you are accepted into the KALOV GUILD Council, you will first become a member of. the COUNCIL NOVA COURT and your user lookup will say that you are a Council NOVA. At this level you will not have responsibilities yet, but you will have status! This is the first step towards proving your Valor and earning the priveledge toward getting on the COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT. Once on the COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT, you will be assigned a task. From the COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT you will have one more step. You can earn a chance to move up to the COUNCIL SOLARIS COURT. If you are on the COUNCIL SOLARIS COURT you will be listed as a COUNCIL SOLARIS. All members of all Council's will have their dolls placed on this page. Qualifications There is only one person in charge of choosing members for the COUNCIL NOVA COURT (formerly Council Elf Court) and the COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT (formerly Council Noble Court) and that is OASIS. She is looking for VALOR above all else. That means that in this guild, you do what you say you are going to do. You don't have to do anything, but if you tell her you will do something, and you do it, you have just elivated yourself in her eyes. You have just proven your VALOR... your worth. Nothing will get you on the guild council faster than that... nothing will get you dropped faster. ~ What other things might she look for? Caring about the guild and proving it by being active. Donating regularly. It doesn't have to be a lot. But someone who would donate 50 neopoints every two weeks is proving they are trying to help as apposed to someone who never comes around the guild after joining. See? It doesnt' have to be a 2000 NP donation to be important! Posting on the message board is very important. She isn't looking for 100 posts! But if you have posted at least 20 times, you are showing that you aren't just a "fly-by-night" member. And posting about things of importance, not just nonesence to get your post numbers up. ~ That's basically it! It doesn't take much! But it does take consistency! Just being here at the guild helps! But like I said before,... VALOR is the number one thing. ~ Positions There is no limit to the amount of members who can gain these positions. ~

Positions on this council are by invitation only. No application are being taken, and no one may apply for the position of Council Nova. You do, however, have the right if you are asked to join the "Council Nova Court" to refuse, decline, turn down, reject, or withdraw your acceptance of the "Council Nova Court" position at any time without fear of reprocussion.

~ ~ Responsibilities

Once you are a member of the "Council Nova Court" you may be promoted to the "COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT" If you are asked to join the "COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT" the responsibilities of a "COUNCIL LUNARIS" are Board Monitor and Poll Monitor. Which means that you will have charge over the message board at the guild at all times and you will also be able to create new polls.

These responsibilities and titles will not be removed unless they are abused. If they are abuse, your title will be dropped back to "Council ELf", the title you had before you were placed on the "COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT".

~ ~ Polls Polls are only created on Sundays. and are on a first come first serve basis. If I see someone is makeing more polls than another, I will simply ask that Royal Council member to sit out the next few weeks of poll making. Be fair. If you know you always make polls, give someone else a chance. ~ THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS IS ON A WEEK WHERE OASIS IS TRYING TO GET A LOT OF FEEDBACK FOR PARTICULAR TOPICS. SHE MAY ASK SEVERAL QUICK POLL QUESTIONS IN ONE WEEK TO GET A GENERAL CONSENSUS OF THE GUILD POPULATION. THIS IS NOT TO BE DONE BY ANY OTHER MEMBER OF ANY OF THE COUNCILS. AND WILL BE DONE ONLY RARELY BY OASIS. ~ Message Boards Very important... don't delete messages just because you have the power to. Let them sit a while. Especially the newer ones. Some people can't get on the computer every day and need a week to catch up on the computer. Please leave important mesages on the board. I will leave it up to the members of the "ROYAL COUNCIL" and the "COUNCIL LUNARIS COURT" to determine which messages they deem important. There is no penalty for over deletion... although the Orcs do get hungry on occasion too! Just keep this in mind... if you were bored reading it, it's probably ok to delete it if it is an old message. If it's new, give people a chance to be bored by it too before you delete it. We haven't installed the torture chambers yet and still need some form of entertainment! ~ ~ Individual Council Member Duties Every Royal Council member has a specific task and it will vary from member to member. No two members jobs are the same. But all jobs should be unique and fun! If you are asked to do a job or take on a task but feel you either dont want to or can't handle the task please let the guild leader, oasishypnosis know. The last thing we want is for someone to chase behind a council member asking "did you do you task this week?" This is supposed to be fun and if it isn't fun then something is wrong. If you don't let Oasis know that you are having a problem completing your giving task, she will assume you don't care about the guild. If you aren't communicating with her, she will also assume you aren't taking your roll of "ROYAL COUNCIL" or"COUNCIL LUNARIS" seriously and may drop you back down to Council Elf until you ask for your position back. If this happens to you, all you have to do is ask for your title back with another task in mind that you feel you will take seriously and you will get your position of "ROYAL COUNCIL" or "COUNCIL LUNARIS" back. It's as simple as that. ~ ~ COUNCIL TASKS ~ Neon_Neo, our Royal Knight is in charge of overseeing Member of The Month positions as well as being Second in command. Neon will take over whenever Oasis isn't available and will oversee and run the guild in the even Oasis' account becomes disabled for any reason. ~ Acidburn is the Council Engineer and is like a "one man thinktank" for the crew who comes up with many of the brilliant ideas you love so much for the guild. ~ Spicyshelly is the Royal Council Enchantress and is in charge of encouraging members to communicate on the message board. ~ Spicysherrie is the Royal Council Sweetheart and it's her wonderful job to find our "Pet of The Week" each Friday. ~ ~ The ROYAL Council says, "Thank you for visiting and we hope to see you soon!"
