Refund Policy
We only issue refunds in the form of store credits. You may return an item for refund or exchange within 21 days of the shipment date.
To proceed with a refund, please notify our Customer Service by emailing refunds@fengshuigate.net. After we have received your return or exchange request, we will contact you by email. All refunds will be in the form of credit in your customer account that you can log into to view total products purchased from us and credits available . In the case where an exchange is needed (for shipment of wrong item), please email us as we will have to do the order manually. Do not click on the 'Buy Item Now' button on our online shop page.

Shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable
All refunds are subjected to a 3% restocking and administration fee from listing price of item
All refunds will be issued in US dollars to your Customer Account in the form of credit
Refunds(less 3% handling and administration, shipping fees) will only be issued after item has been received by us in its original, unused condition (with tags, stickers attached).
