Dragonball Ascension

This project began June 2001(the same time I began learning HTML). I originally decided to make a Digimon website, but Digimon soon got lame, and I got tired of keeping up with it. I still wanted to continue being a webmaster, so switched focus to my original intent, and launched "Dale's Dragonball Domain" a year later. I had shied away from a Dragonball z website in the first place, because the world of Dragonball was much bigger and harder to keep up with. I was a much more confident webmaster then, and learned how to design a very decent very basic webpage.

The Original webpage design was very basic. The banner was enhanced text surrounded by six pictures. I could do better than that. I chose to use that simple design until i had more resources to work with. I slowly began building my site's content, and continued learning more HTML constructs, shaping my site into what it is today. Along they way I've picked up Javascript, Cascading Stylesheets, and DHTML(which is a culmination of all three). I choose to work on my website as sole webmaster, because this is something I want to work on at my own pace.

Everytime I'd felt that I'd reached a new level of skill I redesigned the layout of my site. This version of Dragonball Ascension is the 5th revision, the second under the domain "Dragonball Ascension." As the years have passed, I continue to keep up with Dragonball, and update my site. I've always tried to make my site a little more dynamic than the common webpage, while making sure that its layout is still easy to navigate. The Dragonall Ascension is here to provide a comprehensive database on the Dragonball Universe.
