Beer Reviews: Pilseners
Pilseners, like lagers, are brewed using a bottom-fermentation process. These beers are supposed to be hoppy, but American brewers tend to make a pilsener that only has hints of hoppiness. European pilseners should remain truer to the original meaning of this style name.
