Rules




General Rules



  • I am God. What I say goes. Period.
  • If you don't comply with the updaters, you are subject to expulsion.
  • This is a company, and as a company, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person.
  • We are a non-profit organization, here to provide fun and games to the planets youth.
  • Dragon Ball Z is not ours. We do not claim ownership of Dragon Ball Z, or any of the pictures on this site. Those appear as a courtesy from the makers of Dragon Ball Z.
  • If you choose to make a complaint, do so strait to me. If anyone is constantly complaining on the message board, they will be subject to expulsion.
  • This site is a product of Twist-Off Productions. We do not claim ownership of the pictures, names, or characters, however.


Game Rules



  • All Characters are made by the tables on this page and the Character Sheet
  • Strength: Your Strength Controls how hard your character hits, and how much they can lift. See the Strength Table.
  • Dexterity: Your Dexterity Controls how fast your character can move and how far they can jump. See the Dexterity Table.
  • Stamina: This controls how long your character can run and how many consecutive days they can train. See Stamina Table.
  • Intelegence: This controls the number of moves and techniques your character can use. See Intelegence Table.
  • Wisdom: This controls the highest level move you can have and the highest level you can get your techniques to. See Wisdom Table
  • You can only buy things that you have enough money for. No Haggling. No exceptions.
  • If you need to do anything, submit an update form to an updater.
  • When you level up, you get 10 points to add to your abilities. You also gain 1d20 Health. See the Level Chart
  • When training for stats, you must train 2 days for one stat point. The stats you can train for include Strength, Dexterity, Stamina, Intelegence, Wisdom, and Health.
  • When training for Pl, every character automatically gets 1 KPL point per day. Additionally, characters can train with masters and training devices to boost that amount.


Battle Rules



  • All Energy attacks follow this formula:

    kpl*t*AM=5d

    kpl=ky Power Lvl.

    t= time charged

    AM=Attack modifier

    d= damage dealt

    ex: A 100 KPL character charges a Kamehameha(AM=.09) for three seconds and releases it at you.

    100*3*.09=5d

    300*.09=5d

    27=5d

    d=5.4

    Therefore, the Kamehameha would deal 5.4 damage.

  • Unless otherwise noted, All battles are considered "to the death."
  • Multiple people can attack one, but PK-ing is bad. The updaters have characters, too, so if you start massacring players so they wont have a good time, look forward to a visit from one (or all) of us...
  • When I write a battle, I do so with the stats of the characters involved and the personalities that the characters have developed on the message boards. I only write what I see, so if you don't like how your character is battling, you may want to change something.
