In DBGT in the Bebi Saga, Goku gets his tail pulled out; he turns Oozaru then Golden Oozaru form; when he sees his Pan crying, it triggers him to go SSJ4

When he was training in the Gravity Ship he became very strong but not strong enough to become SSJ and then at one moment he cares about nothing and goes SSJ

He reaches this stage while being Majin Vegeta.
