What other designs do you offer?
We have over 16,000 designs.  Please email us if you're looking for a specific design.
For example, we can do specific dog breeds to match your dog or a special hobby.  

Can you do university designs?
We have permission to do a limited number of universities.  If we do not currently have license with your school, we can request it.

What is the lead time on my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 days.  Our maximum lead time is 5 days.  If you need a rush order, please let us know.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped first class mail with delivery confirmation.

Can I send you my nursery fabric to do a birth announcement pillow?
Yes.  We can do custom fabrics on any of our pillows.  We stock the most popular nursery patterns.  Email us with your fabric name and it may already be in stock!

Custom orders are our specialty, please email or call us with your special requests.

How long have you been in business?
I have been sewing for hire for 21 years.  I started the embroidery company in 1999.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we do have order minimums and wholesale pricing.  Please email to discuss.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  During the check out
process you will be given the option to select your payment method.
