Topic: Rice Beer (Saki)
I bottled the rice beer (Saki). There was way too much, after I had to add so much water to it, so I bottled 4 liters as wine.

I have always wanted to learn how to make Saki. It seems like it should not be too hard. Will have to make time to give it a try soon.
