Nutsack Negatory

Well, you'd think a name like this would sort of stunt a guy's self-esteem, but Nutsack Negatory shows no signs of slowing down, no matter how police are chasing him. He's quite the ladies man, as it were. Apparently, the name is a bit of a misnomer, as he seems to have little difficulty with the ladies.
