He was recruited by everybody's magical mango man, Jimmy the Wolf, a Barroom Hero. Bo Bo the Flying Monkey later added these comments:

I'm Bo Bo the Flying Monkey, commander of the legion of flying monkeys, escaped with dorothy from the Land of Oz after the wicked witch was killed. Currently retired, and hiring out my legion as mercenaries.

This kid is a little wacked. He should fit right in.

He has asked me to add the following comments: He is a fencer, like many, many, MANY JELLO Brothers. He likes cheese. AND, he created a game called Pigeon Punting, which seems rather self-explanatory to me. I think that's it.
