Corporate vision

For the past four, long years Danny Frawley has appeared to be oblivious to the quality of his coaching.

It's one thing to keep the faith but when you refuse to play certain players in  positions that they would better serve the team

simply because you do not want to appear to be manipulated by the media ( In particular Mike Sheehan)

or any-one for that matter, then that is a truly sad, confused, self absorbed situation.

Perhaps Greg Miller is justified in keeping spud at the club next year - only because there is no point

bringing in an experienced  professional and paying him a professional fee when we need to address our current players list first.

So for the rest of this year and all of next year we should look at the positives of having a coach who is on a win / loss contract

and allow Greg Miller to continue to implement his experienced administrational skills

into a club that has long been searching for structure both on and off the field .

Hopefully in 2005 we will see the back of  Frawley as he departs Tigerland and be able

to spend the cash we saved on

a real coach and on strengthening our list.

Nice Guy.

Coaching record
Richmond- 2000-02

69 games, 34 wins, 35 losses, 0 draws,
49% W/L ratio, 3 finals, 0 premierships.
Frawley has won only 14 of the last 44 games as coach.

Frawley: we can still make finals
