  • 3 cups of Plain Yogurt
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • Ice Cubes (for chilling)
  • 1 tsp Salt or 3 tsp. Sugar (depending on preference of sweet or salty lassi)
  • Cold Water


  1. Crush the ice cubes in the blender. Add the curd, milk, water, and salt/sugar. Blend in blender for about 1 minute.

Serving Suggestions: Serve Well Chilled
