Plain Lassi Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups of
Plain Yogurt
2 cups
Whole Milk
Ice Cubes
(for chilling)
1 tsp
Salt
or 3 tsp.
Sugar
(depending on preference of sweet or salty lassi)
Cold Water
Directions:
Crush the ice cubes in the blender. Add the curd, milk, water, and salt/sugar. Blend in blender for about 1 minute.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve Well Chilled
